Since school returned in September all the pupils at Castle Hill have been busy reading and have made a great start! We challenge our children to spend an average of 15 minutes per day reading so there’s still some room for improvement, but it’s brilliant to see everyone reading so much and completing their Accelerated Reader quizzes so often.
Spending time reading is the most important thing any child can do to improve their learning, so please listen to your children read as much as possible and encourage them to read at home so they can complete their quizzes in school.
