Nursery

Welcome to Castle Hill Village Nursery
for children 3 months to 4 years

Castle Hill Village Nursery is run as a Community Interest Company, CIC, to provide affordable childcare for children from 3 months to 4 years of age.

The nursery is open for 49 weeks per year 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. The nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage, EYFS, curriculum that ensures children have access to learning that is age appropriate.

Children are encouraged to participate in various activities that will enable them to achieve the different development levels for their age.

The children’s centre offers additional facilities to our nursery including external services such as ante-natal clinics, breast-feeding clinic and adult education courses, a crèche, holiday activities and a sensory room.

Anyone interested in using the additional facilities that are on offer should check with the children’s centre for further details.

GOOD

Castle Hill Village Nursery has a Good status from its Ofsted Inspection 10th November 2022.

What Ofsted say

“Children enter happily and enjoy seeking their friends to socialise.  They benefit from a wide variety of resources and activities which appeal to their age and stage of development.  Children feel safe and settled and can thrive alongside their peers.”
